Who we are

Prebuilt Studio is a trading name of [company name] S.R.L., a company registered in Romania (European Union), trade register no. [J…], VAT no. [RO…], registered office [address]. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: hello@prebuiltstudio.com.

What we collect, and where it comes from

• Businesses we contact. Business name, business phone number, business email, address, website and, where available, the name of the owner or manager. We take these from publicly available business listings and from the business’s own website [confirm the exact sources used by the sales team, e.g. Google Maps, online directories]. We also keep short notes of our calls and whether you asked us not to contact you again.
• When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email: your name, contact details and what you tell us about your business.
• When you become a client: the material you send us for your website (texts, photos, logo), contract and invoicing details.

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

• To offer our services to businesses by phone — our legitimate interest in promoting our services to businesses (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To prepare a free preview or a quote you asked for — steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To build your website and look after it — performance of our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To keep accounting and tax records — our legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Your right to say no

You can object at any time to being contacted for marketing, free of charge, by telling the person who calls you or by writing to hello@prebuiltstudio.com. We will put your number and business on our do-not-contact list and keep only what we need to respect that request. We screen UK numbers against the TPS and CTPS registers before calling [confirm].

Who we share it with

Only with providers who help us run the business, under contracts that protect your data: our website host (Cloudflare), our email provider (Zoho), our accountant, and WhatsApp (Meta) if you choose to talk to us there. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. We never sell personal data.

How long we keep it

• Details of businesses we contacted: up to 12 months after the last contact, unless you become a client [confirm].
• The do-not-contact list: for as long as needed to respect your request.
• Client, contract and invoicing records: for the periods required by Romanian law.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and you can object to its use. Write to hello@prebuiltstudio.com. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro), or to the authority where you live — the ICO in the UK or the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies or tracking. Our fonts and code are served from our own server. The example websites we link to are separate sites with their own policies.
