Who you are dealing with

Prebuilt Studio is a trading name of [company name] S.R.L., registered in Romania, trade register no. [J…], VAT no. [RO…], share capital […] RON, registered office [address]. We work with businesses only, not with consumers.

Plans and prices

Our plans are Bronze (€500), Silver (€1,000), Gold (€2,500) and Platinum (€5,000). What each plan includes is listed on our website and repeated in your contract. Prices are fixed and in euro [state whether VAT is included or charged on top — accountant]. Anything not listed in your contract is quoted separately before we do it.

Free preview

Before you sign, we may build a preview of your new homepage. It is free and you have no obligation to buy. Until you sign and pay the first instalment, the preview remains ours and is not published under your name.

Payment

50% when you sign the contract, 50% when the website is ready and you have had your rounds of changes, before it goes live on your domain. Invoices are payable within [7] days.

Timeline and changes

Delivery times (3 days for Bronze, 7 for Silver, 14 for Gold, 3–4 weeks for Platinum) run from the day we receive the first payment and the material we need from you. Each plan includes a set number of rounds of changes before launch; further changes are quoted separately or covered by a care plan.

Ownership

When the final payment is received, we assign to you in writing the rights in the website’s design and content we created for you. Third-party components (for example open-source code, fonts or licensed photos) remain under their own licences, which allow you to use them on your website.

Care plans

Hosting and care plans (Essential €20, Plus €50, Pro €100 per month) are optional, billed monthly and can be cancelled with [30] days’ notice. If you leave, we hand over your website’s files.
